HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR! May the year of Rabbit brings everyone lots of good fortune! This is the first lunar new year celebration without my family and friends back home but it has been okay so far. I spent the day watching dramas and drinking tea lol my life. Tomorrow /should/ be the day where I go out and get my red packets but unfortunately I have a class to attend and a ton of homework to do. I hate that I don’t feel festive at all and it’s making me miss everything about the new year - fireworks, grandmother’s special home-cooked dishes, mum’s delicious new year cookies and so much more. :(
